Primary Directors and Officers Liability Form
This policy is intended to protect directors and officers against allegations of wrongful conduct when they are acting as company executives. With optional entity cover for securities claims, the policy also provides defence costs and covers settlements or judgments awarded against the insured Company subject to policy exclusions
Excess Directors and Officers Liability Follow Form
Provides excess coverage following the terms and conditions of the primary policy and any other underlying insurance.
Side A Difference-in-Conditions Form
This coverage provides directors and officers with personal asset protection in situations when other sources of insurance or indemnification fail or are not available. Major coverage highlights include
